Known for making the impossible look effortless, Angelica has spent more than 20 years supporting UHNW families, celebrities, and C-suite leaders—always with discretion, precision, and a commitment to exceeding expectations.
As a Fractional Executive Concierge, she partners with founders, executives, investors, and prominent families to deliver C-suite-level execution without the overhead of a full-time hire. Her expertise spans complex calendar orchestration, luxury travel and event planning, confidential communications, and high-retention staffing for both businesses and estates.
Angelica’s career reflects diverse experience across industries including global real estate, private equity, private holding companies, fashion, non-profit, small businesses, television, event coordination, automotive, fintech, and startups. This versatility allows her to quickly adapt, anticipate needs, and deliver solutions in both business and lifestyle management at the highest level.
Born and raised in Northern California, Angelica moved to New York in 2010. In 2021, she spent a year in Miami, Florida, where a principal entrusted her with managing the full relocation and ground-up construction of their fintech business from the San Francisco Bay Area. Alongside overseeing business operations, she sourced and furnished multiple residences to create a seamless transition for the family. These cultural and professional experiences have shaped her adaptability, global perspective, and ability to navigate the needs of principals from all backgrounds. That project also sharpened her ability to manage complex operations end-to-end—integrating business infrastructure with personal lifestyle management.
Beyond her professional role, Angelica is the founder of a
501(c)(3) non-profit and is deeply committed to philanthropy, wellness, and adventure. She is also in the process of writing children’s books, blending her creativity and love of storytelling with her lifelong dedication to helping others thrive.
Family is at the heart of her story. Angelica has a close relationship with her son, Kobe, whom she raised as a single mother—while also welcoming his friends as part of her extended family. Kobe earned his Eagle Scout Award in 2021 and is now proudly serving in the U.S. Army. Inspired by his journey, Angelica continues to give back as an Assistant Scout Leader with New Rochelle Troop 15.
